For the past 22 years I have been privileged to take care of families and to see them thrive with chiropractic care.

My specialty and passion for taking care of pregnant mums, babies and children in practice began when I gave birth to my son while I was a chiropractic student. My daughter followed two years later. They have both grown up with the chiropractic lifestyle and are now young adults spreading their wings and enjoying life.

I have always seen my role as being an important part of your health team. I’m here to be your chiropractor and to provide you with support with whatever else it is you need on your visit to the office. I love to watch children grow and blossom, playing sport or becoming a whizz in the kitchen! When your brain and body are well connected, then you’ll thrive.

In practice I use low force techniques; Activator technique and Torque Release, which is a tonal low force technique. I also use soft tissue and cranial techniques with pregnant mamas and babies.

I have worked in family chiropractic practices in both New Zealand and Australia. Post graduate study in chiropractic paediatrics has been invaluable, as well as working at the NZ College of Chiropractic in Auckland for many years as a mentor in their Chiropractic Centre. It was great to mentor so many students who are now my peers. I’ve recently moved here from Auckland and I’m excited to be back in the Bay of Plenty, where I grew up. In my spare time I love to be on the water; boating or fishing. I also enjoy the beach, walking, riding my mountain bike and salsa dancing.
